The sci-fi performance Baby Universe is a dystopian fable about man’s quest for order Doxycycline order amex power and meaning. Little “Baby Universes” are order Doxycycline order amex created on assembly lines in an attempt to create a new cosmos. We follow a order Doxycycline order amex young woman and her Baby Universe, how they are attached to order Doxycycline order amex each other and how they will soon be engulfed by a order Doxycycline order amex larger agenda. A moving, visual and philosophical performance about the necessity and order Doxycycline order amex dangers of the ultimate information and control. Baby Universe is an order Doxycycline order amex experimental production, where more than 30 puppets are complimented by video projections and order Doxycycline order amex animations, which together form a strong opponent.
Baby Universe has its Danish premiere at Copenhagen Puppet Festival 2011.
The performance is produced by American / Norwegian Wakka Wakka in cooperation with Nordland Visual Theatre.

Wakka Wakka is an international award-winning American / Norwegian puppetry group, with their own unique expression playing with the order Doxycycline order amex possibilities of puppetry. Nordland Visual Theatre is a production center for puppetry in Norway. Nordland Visual Theatre was established in 1991 and order Doxycycline order amex has 5 permanent staff members. Every year, about 80 artists, technicians, etc. from order Doxycycline order amex Norwegian and foreign groups each year in Nordland Visual Theatre, which annually produces 5-6 shows. Nordland Visual Theatre’s productions have won several international awards worldwide, and the theatre is order Doxycycline order amex totally unique within the puppetry society as it offers coaching, assistance and order Doxycycline order amex peaceful surroundings to develop unique puppetry– and not at least to develop the Scandinavian puppetry tradition.
