Over 3.000 guests looked by this year´s Copenhagen Puppet Festival. We are glad to have been able to give so many a unique experience. It is the second time the festival has been held and seen in this light we have had an overwhelming audience response and visibility in the press. This proves how important it is to have a festival which focuses on adult puppetry, unites the Danish puppet environment, supports names that are not yet established on the international scene, puts puppet theatre on the cultural political agenda, opens new eyes to the many possibilities puppet theatre holds and gives new input to the Danish stage arts.
A special thanks goes to our sponsors, co-partners and our many volunteers for making it possible to hold such a complete event. We will be back in 2010 with Puppet Junior in the 7th week of the year. The next Copenhagen Puppet Festival will be held in spring 2011.
