Emotional Fish
Miss Fish (DK)
After dark the festival’s small back yard is haunted by an androgynous and mysterious figure, Miss Fish. Made up of five different types: man, woman, goddess, demon and fish, Miss Fish changes according to the activity in the yard. If all movement stops Miss Fish disappears altogether.
Emotional Fish uses effects from interactive digital media and performance art, and mixes electronic music with choreographed movement, still photo and video.

Blessed are they who wait…

In the second week of the festival eight puppets in the shape of old ladies will take their place on selected benches on Vesterbro. Here they will sit and comment on life around them and not least on the stories of their own lives.
The puppets have been made for the performance of Edit(h), but the technicians have developed them further for the festival so they are mobile and have built-in sound systems and loudspeakers. This makes it possible to alter the flow of words continuously.
